Welcome to the Age-Friendly Communities Norway Research, Resource and Stakeholder Inventory, designed and maintained by the Age-Friendly Communities Norway Hub. This inventory was devised and designed to increase awareness of age-friendly communities research and work in Norway as well as those who work in the field to support knowledge dissemination, exchange and networking in the area.

A searchable database of peer-reviewed and grey literature, as well as web-based resources, on a spectrum of aspects of age-friendly communities in Norway, including introductory and background material, evaluation studies, community reports, planning guides, and theoretical work. These resources will be of interest to many stakeholders, including researchers, practitioners, students, planners, communities, and policy- and other decision-makers.

We have conducted literature searches for the initial population of the inventory, but inevitably some resources and stakeholders will have been missed. We envision these inventories as “living” resources, and we encourage you to continue to submit content to us as well as comments and suggestions about improving the resource. Your input will help us make these inventories as comprehensive as possible.
